Predoc is looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for shaping and driving the design vision of our products, ensuring that they are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with the needs of our users. As a design leader, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create thoughtful, cohesive experiences that advance Predoc’s mission.

Responsibilities

Product Design Leadership: Define and drive the design vision across multiple products and platforms, ensuring a consistent and user-centered experience.

User Experience & Interface Design: Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Design Systems: Build, evolve, and maintain a scalable design system and component library that supports product consistency and engineering efficiency.

Collaboration & Communication: Partner with product and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept through launch, ensuring designs are translated effectively into production.

User Research & Testing: Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Translate findings into actionable improvements.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously refine and elevate Predoc’s design standards.

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work across web and/or mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries, ideally in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Ability to plan and conduct user research and usability testing, and translate insights into design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with product managers and engineers.
  • Experience mentoring or leading other designers, fostering growth and maintaining high design standards.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment where feedback and adaptability are key.
