Photographer and Retoucher

The Photographer and Retoucher role involves providing essential support to studio production and campaign shoots, including the capture of model and product imagery, as well as post-production tasks such as image retouching and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for capturing model imagery on e-commerce sets and on campaign shoots.

• Flat lay and product photography/retouching, ensuring all content follows brand guidelines and passes quality checks.

• Collaborate closely with the Stylist and Make-up Artist, Producers, and Fashion Art Directors assuming a key role in coordinating the team and models to produce aspirational and brand-centric still and motion images for our product catalog, thereby ensuring the seamless execution of shoot days.

• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain open communication with the manager throughout the day, promptly highlighting any foreseeable challenges.

• Engage in the editing of still and moving content featured in our product catalog.

• Contribute to the development of mood boards and shoot briefs in collaboration with Stylists and Make-Up Artists.

• Travel opportunities.

Your Past & Your Skills

• Experience working in Adobe particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro is essential.

• Experience using Capture One also a plus.

• Experience with studio lighting and equipment.

• Structured and detailed oriented.

• Great communication, both verbal and written.
