Influencer Marketing Lead – Benelux (NL + BE)

As an Influencer Marketing Lead at NA-KD, you will support the IM Manager by driving performance and strategy within your assigned markets. Each Lead ensures better local execution, provides guidance to specialists, and acts as a bridge between the team and management. The Lead is responsible for leading the team in daily tasks and fostering support and collaboration within the team and between the leads.

Key responsibilities

Market Strategy & Ownership

• Oversee market-specific execution across paid and unpaid deals

• Ensure team members are aligned with targets, budgets and priorities

• Monitor performance per market and suggest optimizations

• Lead the development and implementation of market specific strategies together with their team

Team Support & Leadership

• Act as a first point of support for the specialists within their markets

• Coach team members on negotiations, influencer selection, and campaign planning

• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members

Bridge to Management

• Consolidate and share feedback both top-down and bottom-up

• Contribute to planning and reporting processes with insights from their markets

• Help troubleshoot and escalate issues when needed

Campaign & Process Optimization

• Drive more consistent strategies and execution quality

• Work with the IM Manager on testing new tools, workflows, or formats within their markets

Your Past & Your Skills

• Experience within influencer marketing or similar field (preferably 3 years)

• Proven leadership skills

• Experienced in developing and implementing strategies

• Experienced in working with performance data (eg. GMV, CoS, ROI)

• Knowledgeable in Excel and / or google sheets

• Fluent in business English, both speaking and in writing

• Ability to multitask and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Process-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving abilities

• A positive mindset and leading by example, showing a strong sense of accountability
