Buyer - Profile Collabs

At NA-KD, our Collab department operates at the intersection of buying, design, and social media. You won't just build an assortment - you'll co-create it alongside profiles across Europe and the US, working hand in hand with our profile, design, and marketing teams in a way that almost no other retailer does at this scale. This is not a traditional buyer role, it's a one-of-a-kind opportunity to buy fashion at the pulse of influence, where no two days are the same.

• 3+ years of experience within fashion buying

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Textile Economics or similar)

• Experience in leading projects in vertical production directly with factories

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Excellent sense for quality, trends and details

• Agile mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Strong initiator and true team player

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
