We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join us, with primary ownership of the DACH and Benelux markets.
Influencer Marketing Manager - DACH and Benelux Markets
In this role, you own the full regional influencer marketing agenda, spanning strategy, performance, and long term growth. You are responsible for setting the direction for the region, translating commercial goals into clear priorities, trade offs, and execution plans.
You lead and develop a team of Leads and Specialists and ensure the right setup over time, including when a manager, lead, or specialist is needed, and how the team should scale with performance and ambition. Recruitment, team support, and long term capability building are a natural part of the role.
You are accountable for how influencer marketing is governed as a channel across DACH and Benelux, including performance follow up, cadence, insight driven actions, and clear ownership. You work closely with for example. Sales, Finance, and Brand to align expectations, evaluate trade offs between growth, efficiency, and capacity, and ensure influencer marketing delivers both short term revenue and long term brand impact.
This is a senior, trusted role with a clear mandate to build stability, scalability, and predictability, continuing shaping influencer marketing into a mature and profitable commercial channel across DACH and Benelux.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the Influencer Marketing strategy for DACH & Benelux
Take full accountability for regional performance, budgets, forecasts, and growth contribution
Lead, develop, and scale a team of Leads and Specialists across the region
Translate market insights, performance data, and trends into concrete actions and priorities
Ensure influencer activities are aligned with campaign calendars, trading cycles, and brand objectives
Represent Influencer Marketing in regional and cross-functional planning and decision-making
Continuously improve tools, processes, and ways of working to support scalable growth
Your Past & Your Skills
Minimum 2 years experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager or similar role
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing. A Leadership degree is a strong plus
Experience and local market knowledge within the DACH and/or Benelux markets, including relevant language skills, is a strong plus
Proven leadership skills with a strong track record managing larger teams
Strategic, analytical, and commercially driven
Deeply knowledgeable in influencer ecosystems and performance marketing
Comfortable owning budgets, forecasts, and commercial accountability
Confident influencing senior stakeholders across functions and markets
