Partnership Analyst

As our Partnership Analyst, you bring clarity to how our partnerships perform and why. You sit at the center of how we drive growth through Influencer Marketing, Brand Collaborations, and Organic Social with a clear main focus on Influencer Marketing, one of our fastest growing commercial areas.

You work closely with the Head of Partnerships, acting as an analytical right hand to the team. You turn data into insights that sharpen decisions, improve budget outcomes, and grow contribution from top to bottom line.

This role has a clear mandate in data and insights, not in owning commercial strategy or financial steering. You explain what works, what doesn’t, and why, and you proactively flag opportunities and deviations.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and own an ongoing insight flow for the Influencer Marketing organization.

  • Measure and track performance at creator, campaign, format, and market level, from GMV down to EBITDA contribution.

  • Explain funnel logic, content resonance, and audience behavior and how it affects traffic, conversion and sales.

  • Conduct deep dives on collaboration collections and launches, focused on commercial success drivers.

  • Track launch performance across key windows.

  • Track follower growth, engagement and sessions driven by Organic Social, and connect performance to commercial outcomes.

  • Own and improve dashboards and reporting routines across partnerships.

  • Present insights in weekly forums where teams take fast decisions, with a crisp “what happened / why / what we do next”.

  • Support ad hoc analysis tied to ongoing commercial work and prioritized by the Head of Partnerships.

KPI framework

GMV, Net Sales, Return Rate, GM1, EBITDA, CoS, product performance, content performance, channel performance, market performance, funnel optimization.

Tools & data environment

  • You are comfortable creating analyses, models and dashboards in:

  • Looker Studio

  • Tableau

  • GA4

  • Google Sheets / Excel

Your Past & Your Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Degree or equivalent education in Sales, Data, or Economics

  • Confident working hands-on with data, building logic, and translating complexity into business actions.

  • You think commercially and understand how content and partnerships drive sales and margin.

  • You are motivated by cause and effect, and you enjoy turning messy signals into clear explanations.

  • You prefer to work close to the business and your team driving performance.

  • You proactively flag deviations and opportunities - not waiting to be asked.

  • You know how to prioritize, move fast, and communicate insights in a way that leads to decisions.

What We Offer

  • Global environment

  • Personal and professional development

  • Freedom to add value/make a difference

  • Hybrid Remote policy

  • A number of voluntary benefits
