Sales Analyst
As our Sales Analyst you bring clarity to how our sales perform and why. You work closely with the Head of Sales and support paid performance, CRM, B2B and the overall commercial sales plan. You are the analyst who explains movements and provides direction for optimization.
You analyze campaign performance across paid channels, market performance, conversion and margin impact. You evaluate how performance pressure affects GM1, return rate and EBITDA. You build quick decision material and deep dives that teams can act on.
You bring your own ideas, flag deviations and help teams understand how their channel actions affect the whole commercial picture. This role has a clear mandate in data and insights, not in financial steering.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign and funnel analysis across paid channels
Market performance tracking with focus on GM1, return rate and EBITDA
Weekly insights for the Sales organisation
Ad hoc analysis on demand from the Head of Sales
Deep dives on channels and product areas with performance challenges
Support reallocation and optimisation between channels based on insights
Preparation and input for budget follow ups
Your KPI framework
GMV, Net Sales, Return Rate, GM1, EBITDA, CoS, product performance, channel performance, market performance, content to sales funnel

G sheets
Your Past & Your Skills
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Degree or equivalent education in Sales, Data, or Economics
Comfortable with dashboards, data interpretation and presenting conclusions
You are motivated by understanding cause and effect
You are commercially oriented and see connections between channel actions and commercial outcomes
You know how to prioritize and deliver insights that can be acted on
You communicate clearly and always keep the business goal in focus
