At NA-KD, we're building a bold and collaborative creative department where we push each other’s ideas forward, and we’re looking for someone like you to join the journey.

Designer

As a Fashion Designer at NA-KD, you will translate seasonal trends into product ideas close to the season. From start to finish, you will support your team with range planning, concept overviews, print, and fabric input.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our design collections from idea to finished product
  • Using internal and external data insights to make product decisions
  • Managing range plans and developing commercial and fashion-forward items that go hand in hand with the NA-KD brand DNA
  • Working closely with buyers and garment technicians to make sure that all samples are made to the correct specifications and standards
  • Working with the samples to organize internal collection viewings
  • Translate seasonal trends into product ideas
  • Being part of the Trend forecasting team to internally influence how the NA-KD brand is perceived by the consumer
  • Work closely with external partners, including on-site visits to suppliers

Your Past & Your Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience working as a fashion designer
  • Relevant education in fashion design or a closely related field
  • A strong conceptual thinker with a creative, trend-aware, and innovative mindset
  • Naturally curious and always seeking to grow and improve
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and a sharp sense of prioritization to meet tight deadlines
  • Solid understanding of garment construction, production processes, and quality standards
  • Broad knowledge across multiple fashion product categories, especially outerwear and denim
  • Strong commercial mindset and deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends
  • A true team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative, and creative work culture
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
