Design Assistant

As a Design Assistant at NA-KD, you’ll be an essential part of the design process. You’ll support the team in turning seasonal trends into strong, commercial collections close to the season. From research to samples, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly and you’ll grow fast along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the designer with sketches and create of tech pack
• Support the design team from idea to finished product
• Assist with trend research, concept overviews, and seasonal prep
• Work with internal and external insights to guide product decisions
• Update range plans and help develop items aligned with the NA-KD brand DNA
• Work closely with buyers and garment technicians to ensure samples meet the right fit and standards
• Prepare samples and support internal collection viewings
• Assist in turning seasonal trends into product ideas
• Communicate with external partners and follow up on development details

Your Past & Your Skills

• 0–2 years of experience from a similar role, internship, or relevant studies.
• Relevant education in fashion design.
• A conceptual, creative thinker with a natural feel for trends
• Curious, driven, and always looking to improve
• Strong multitasking ability with sharp prioritization skills
• Good understanding of garment construction and production processes
• Confident across multiple product categories
• Strong commercial mindset and an understanding of what the customer wants
• A true team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
