Stock Optimization Specialist

In this role, you'll transform stock into profit by driving smart resale and clearance opportunities, building strong partnerships, and ensuring every product finds its most valuable destination without compromising NA-KD's brand integrity or margin.

You'll own the full deal cycle from identifying potential buyers to negotiating and closing agreements, and ensuring smooth delivery. By leveraging NA-KD's existing frameworks, you'll accelerate resale, marketplace, and clearance initiatives, turning structure into tangible sales.

Your focus will be to identify the right partners, secure the best terms, and act quickly on opportunities that increase turnover and profitability.

This is a hands-on commercial role at the intersection of Sales, Buying and Finance, where you will both lead the process and close the deals.

You'll report directly to the B2B Manager and play a key role in executing NA-KD's overall stock strategy.

What success looks like

  • Profitable resale and clearance deals with strong, repeat partner relationships
  • Reduced aged stock and faster sell-through
  • Strong GM1 and EBITDA impact from optimized stock actions
  • Clear ownership and accountability across all deal

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate and close profitable resale and clearance deals with Clearance partners
  • End-to-end ownership of sales orders and invoicing.
  • Use the stock framework and lifecycle stages (Buy / Active / Aging / Clearance) to guide commercial actions
  • Manage a strong portfolio of external partners and continuously expand opportunities
  • React fast on aging stock and seasonal shifts with smart, brand-fit dealmaking
  • Lead regular stock reviews together with Sales, Buying and Finance
  • Ensure brand-aligned presentation and pricing across all resale channels

Your background & skills

  • Proven sales background in fashion, retail, marketplace or B2B trading
  • Natural negotiator who enjoys building partnerships and closing deals
  • Understands profitability drivers and how stock decisions affect the bottom line
  • Works confidently within structure and frameworks, but acts fast when opportunity appears
  • Independent, proactive and motivated by hitting and exceeding commercial targets
