Business Analyst & Project Lead

As a Business Analyst & Project Lead in NA-KD’s Commercial department, you will play a key role in optimizing commercial processes and bridging the gap between operations and IT. You will lead business development projects, working closely with stakeholders across departments to align strategies, identify opportunities, and drive growth.

Your strong analytical skills will be essential in interpreting market trends, conducting A/B tests, and providing data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. You have a talent for presenting complex analyses in a clear and actionable way.

Reporting to the Head of Business Controlling & Planning, you will collaborate with teams in sales, marketing, tech, and purchasing to create alignment on business needs, risks, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

System development: Manage, support and develop reports/dashboards in our BI systems and analytical tools. Have a lead position in defining commercial requirements for system development projects.

Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies in commercial processes and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

Data analysis: You will utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to extract actionable insights. You will create, schedule, and automate reports using tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, BigQuery and Python. By analyzing data, identifying trends you will share insights and analytical support to enable data-driven and fact-based decision making.

Customer insights: You will work with analyzing customer data such as conversion rates, frequency, CLV, CAC & churn etc to gain insights and provide actions.

Pricing strategy: Perform pricing analysis and provide guidance on pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Project leadership: You will lead various development projects and work closely with the marketing, sales, B2B & purchasing. Participate in meetings and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant educational background
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of data structures and BigQuery and SQL
• Advanced BI, Google Analytics, excel and google sheet skills
• Experience in project leadership and development of analysis tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with key stakeholders & management team
• Self-going & self-confident, with the ability to drive things from start to finish
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategic mindset
• Ability to deliver high quality analysis, and are skilled in how to visualize and present data for senior management and other stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for online retail is preferred
