You’ll join Zopa’s Treasury team at an exciting stage of growth, gaining hands-on exposure across the full breadth of treasury activities, from liquidity and funding through to hedging, FTP and securitisation.
This is a high-impact role in a small team where you’ll work closely with experienced Treasury leaders and quickly take on meaningful responsibility. You’ll get exposure across multiple areas of the function and the chance to own processes end to end.

It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their Treasury career who wants to accelerate their development, broaden their technical experience and play a visible role in how a modern fintech bank manages its balance sheet. You’ll be joining at a particularly interesting time, with major funding and Treasury initiatives underway.

  • Managing Treasury cash balances and supporting operational cash movements
  • Supporting ongoing hedge portfolio management activities including margin calls
  • Working closely with teams across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, IT and Legal
  • Supporting Treasury projects and strategic initiatives as the bank continues to grow
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, automate processes and drive efficiencies
  • Building confidence operating across a broad range of Treasury activities and projects

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with securitisation or secured funding reporting
  • Exposure to investor relations activities
