In this role, you will drive customer acquisition and engagement through innovative product-led growth strategies. As a Growth Product Manager, you will lead growth initiatives across our savings and current accounts, focusing on acquiring and retaining valuable customers. You will own and drive our Refer-a-Friend program, making it a key driver of customer acquisition and engagement.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of key growth initiatives to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Identify user behaviours, product interactions, and incentives that improve engagement and conversion.
  • Design and run A/B tests to refine product experiences, messaging, and incentives, ensuring continuous improvement against key performance metrics.
  • Develop data models, forecasts, and in-depth analyses to measure and enhance the effectiveness of growth programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to align growth strategies with broader business goals.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging growth tactics, continuously iterating on strategies to maximize impact.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in product management, growth, or a similar role, ideally with a focus on customer acquisition or engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making, optimize user journeys, and improve product performance.
  • A proactive, experiment-driven mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • A deep understanding of user behaviour and how to shape product experiences that drive growth.
  • Experience in fintech, B2C digital businesses, or high-growth environments is a plus but not required.

Towards the end of 2025 Zopa will be relocating to a brand-new headquarters at 20 Water Street in Canary Wharf. The 44,000 square foot workspace will foster collaboration and inspire creativity for our 900 employees amidst our 2025 growth blitz.
