Sounds cool. Tell me about the role.

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and execute our performance marketing strategy. You’ll be our most senior expert in performance marketing. Here's what you'll do:

  • Own, develop and be completely accountable for our performance marketing strategy; optimising existing channels, testing new ones and managing the agencies and freelancers

  • Explore new ways for us to grow through digital channels by launching regular creative and channel experiments, analysing their performance and scaling the ones that work for us.

We’re looking for someone that:

  • 6+ years experience in paid social marketing (required) – You’re an industry-leader in consumer paid social marketing. You’ll evaluate existing channels, setting our strategy, and resourcing your team through freelancers, agencies and in time, in-house team members. We're flexible on most areas of your experience, but not on this. Please only apply if you have this experience.

  • Has proven experience in building out a performance marketing function – you enjoy creating campaigns and creative briefs in the morning, followed by laying the groundwork for our long-term strategy in the afternoon. You'll shape and implement our growth marketing strategy, taking full accountability for the outcomes of our growth marketing efforts.

  • Is obsessed with data and experimentation – This role is deeply analytical. You’ll be guided, informed and measured by the data. You’ll use it to identify opportunities, experiment and A/B test new strategies, then report back on what you learnt.

  • Sets ambitious goals and takes responsibility for their outcomes – You’ll be responsible for launching and iterating on new and existing channels. You recognise growth isn’t just about getting more customers in the door and have a strong understanding of how our full funnel works to drive growth.

What’s the application process like?

We take the candidate experience really seriously, so we’ve made the process as transparent as possible. We also promise to be super responsive, and will never leave you wondering where you stand for weeks on end. Here’s how it works:

Stage 1: Hiring manager call (45 mins)

We'll have an initial call to find out a bit more about one another.

Stage 2: Take away task

We’ll give you a short task, where you’ll have your chance to shine and show us what you can do. This will be limited to just a couple hours work.

Stage 3: Onsite with the team

  • Marketing review: (60 mins): We’ll dive into your experience in paid social marketing and understand how you’ve approached your work in previous roles, and how you might approach things at Yonder.

  • Values interview (60 mins): We'll discuss both of our working styles and values, to see if we’re aligned. This will be with two of our team members.
