You’ll help us to transform the lives of frontline workers and the organisations they work for.

As a commercial leader you’ll play a huge part in ensuring we’re achieving our mission of giving every working person globally power over their pay, to have complete financial freedom and wellbeing. By adding more amazing clients to the Wagestream roster, this means more employees have the ability to instantly access, track, save and manage earned wages.

What will you be doing?

  • Coach and develop Enterprise sale reps through training, feedback and performance monitoring
  • Spending time on the front line, working closely with Enterprise sellers as they contract and launch services across the UKs largest employers
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Foster a data driven culture with a focus on timely CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
  • Drive adoption of the MEDDPICC playbook to support stronger deal processes and conversion rates
  • Continually review sales performances on a team and individual basis, providing feedback, setting goals and adjusting strategies to improve results
  • Work with the VP of Sales to ensure sales strategies are effectively implemented, adjusting them to fit the teams capabilities and market conditions
  • Support the VP of Sales with the creation and adoption of the sales playbook
  • Managing individuals’ careers and acting as a mentor to our sales leadership team, ensuring their long-term growth and personal development
  • Driving alignment between your team and respective GTM co dependencies (Solutions, Delivery, CS, Marketing)

The Team:

You will lead the enterprise team to showcase our market-leading products to prospective employers across the UK market. The team is committed to delivering a class-leading service to our customers and in turn making sure that we deliver tangible results for our clients and the business.

What you need: (But if you’re close… we'd still love to talk to you!)

  • You have a track record of successful SaaS enterprise sales and solution selling ☁
  • You have experience of complex sales cycles, from 6 months+ ⌛
  • Experience increasing pipeline volume and velocity over a short time
  • Track record of coaching enterprise sales reps through complex org charts to deliver best-in-class sales processes
  • Have an obsession for developing individuals, truly understanding what motivates them and empowering them to be the best version of themselves
  • A strong background in developing and motivating employees, building teams and relationships and engendering a sense of results-orientation – working at times in a matrix environment
  • Seen as a valued contributor on sales strategy and product priorities. You can coach and the team around MEDDPICC and want to help us spread best practices 💪
  • You feel confident to influence board level decision making, acting as the senior advisor across most deals 💬
  • Personal and organisational accountability, loyalty, independence and fairness among colleagues and employees, particularly in a multicultural environment
  • You’re a good influencer, bringing strong partnering skills – with clients and stakeholders. You've developed great contacts in businesses within the FTSE 350 📉
  • Selling into a consumption based model would be preferable
  • You have a commitment to excellence and can motivate, mentor and engage a high performing team
  • Being fluent in Spanish would be an added bonus!

Can-be-learnt:

  • We'll teach you all about our financial wellbeing products and services
  • Internal lingo and tech stacks - they all differ by company and we don't need you to have used ours - just be ready to learn!

Salary: Given the level of this role, the package offered is dependent on experience, but we forecast full remuneration to surpass £200,000, inclusive of base and bonus plan.

Working Policy: We operate a hybrid policy with a requirement of 3 days per week in our London office.
