Our mission is to revolutionise the hospitality sector with Wagestream's innovative 'Talent Pool' products. These new offerings leverage our pool of verified hospitality workers, enabling customers to fulfil staffing needs through short-term shifts or long-term job postings. We're dedicated to solving staffing challenges for our hospitality clients while providing flexible work opportunities for our users.

The Team:

Our team is a self-contained business unit encompassing engineering, data, product, and marketing professionals. This role is focused on the development and go-to-market strategy of the new Raise product. As a Sales Executive within this unit, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, supported by a dedicated Sales Development Representative to help facilitate product demos and generate leads.

What will you be doing?

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. You’re someone who is detail-oriented and interested in providing solutions to business problems as opposed to just pitching. You’ll be working within a fast-moving startup environment and contribute proactively to bring the product from launch to product-market fit.

What experience might you have?

  • Proven experience in managing the entire sales cycle.
  • High levels of initiative and determination.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset.
  • A "zero to one" mentality, comfortable with building from the ground up.

Can-be-learnts:

  • Knowledge of labor market dynamics, particularly in agency workforce and recruitment.
  • A familiarity with the hospitality sector.

Your Impact:

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Conduct 10 product demos and secure your first customer.

    Within 3 months, you will:

    • Develop a clear understanding of the product's growth drivers.
    • Play a significant role in shaping the go-to-market strategy.

    Within 6 months, you will:

    • Achieve success in the above areas and contribute to further strategic decisions.

    Working Policy:

    We operate a hybrid policy with a requirement of 3 days a week in the office

        Salary:

        Starting from £55,000 + Benefits
