To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an experienced and creative Senior Social Media Manager to join the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

As a Social media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media strategy, analyzing the performance of our social media efforts, coordinating with an external agency for social media campaigns and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

💻 AS A SENIOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER YOU WILL

• Develop and execute the strategy of UB on social media in accordance to our business goals and brand image
• Create and execute successful multichannel social media Editorial Plan (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels) to increase brand awareness, consideration, intention to use and conversions
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media accounts and our Trustpilot account
• Analyze the performance of our social media campaigns using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI)
• Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and implement new strategies and techniques as appropriate

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

• Proven 6+ years experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good Copywriting Skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Experience using SM management tools, analytics platforms and SM listening tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Mother tongue in Italian and fluent in English
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box, Strong emotional intelligence and sensitiveness to mental health topics
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Previous experience working in a social media agency and/or as social media manager in a digital company
