To take our company to an international level, we are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health landscape, leading our solutions to create profound international impact. We are looking for a real visionary, someone who is willing to push boundaries, ramping up our global game and totally changing the script of how we address mental health challenges in different markets.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Unobravo is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Growth Marketing Manager to support our entry into the French (launching May 2024) and Spanish (re-launched 2024) markets, and further markets in future. In this critical role, you will oversee the end-to-end launch process for Growth, from strategic planning to operational execution, ensuring a successful market entry and sustainable growth. Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to drive impactful initiatives and establish Unobravo as a leader in mental health care across France, Spain and other new geographies.

💻 AS A GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER YOU WILL:

• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the country launch process on the ‘Growth’ side of the business, ensuring seamless coordination across all functional areas (SEO, SEM, CRM Product, Tech, etc.)
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with central teams and stakeholders to address operational needs, align strategies, and leverage resources effectively. E.g., coordinate with operations team to forecast number of TPs hires required for marketplace
• Initiative Launches: Drive the implementation of strategic as well as operational initiatives to accelerate market penetration, such as localized marketing campaigns, partnership programs, and product localization efforts. Work with the local teams to deploy growth initiatives until the geography is validated and a Head of Marketing is hired.
• Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate market hypotheses, optimize customer acquisition channels, and enhance the overall launch strategy across channels, pricing, landing experiences, and more
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and analyses to track key metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to drive growth.
• Budget and Target Setting: Work closely with the CMO and international teams to define budgets, targets, and resource allocation strategies aligned with market objectives and growth projections.
• Attribution and Reporting: Working with the central data team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution methodologies are in place to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for optimization.

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

• Self-Starter and Independent: Proven ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and either Spanish or French, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Marketing Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, growth roles, or related fields, ideally with a track record of successfully launching and scaling new markets or products.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for market research, customer segmentation, and performance measurement.
• Commercial Acumen: Sound business judgment and strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
