To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a Platform Engineer to join the Tech team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry, leading our solutions to make a global impact. We seek someone hungry to break barriers, fuel our global expansion, and transform the way we address mental health challenges in the world of work.

💻 AS A PLATFORM ENGINEER YOU WILL:

• Design, develop and maintain production and non-production cloud-oriented solution with no downtime to customer or colleagues.

• Ensure the platform and services are reliable, performing, and scalable.

• Develop and implement processes and tools to monitor the health and performance of the platform and its systems.

• Establishing a DevOps practice that supports and enables engineers and the business.

⚙️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

• 4+ years of experience as Platform/DevOps/SRE/Cloud engineering or equivalent role

• Experience writing and deploying React + Node.js + GraphQL application and familiarity with Linux VMs and scripting tools

• Extended experience and knowledge with AWS cloud provider (AWS Certifications will be considered a plus)

• Experience building microservices-oriented solutions (infrastructure, pipelines, automation)

• Experience writing and maintaining infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloudformation, etc…)

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, NewRelic, etc…)

• Experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub workflow preferred)

• Excited to support new technologies and search for new and interesting solutions

• Ability to work in an agile manner, desire to learn, understand how infrastructure supports delivering value to end users
