We are looking for a Customer Success Manager- Therapists to join our Customer Success team.
You might be the right candidate for this role if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer care or customer success role
- Sensitivity and ability to understand user needs
- Entrepreneurial spirit oriented towards continuous improvement
- Autonomy and ability to work effectively remotely
- Efficient time management skills in a dynamic environment
- Basic skills in copywriting and user experience
- Data analysis skills to provide accurate reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attitude toward teamwork and collaboration with other company departments
- A talent in identification of critical issues (problem finding) and problem-solving
- Attention to details and reliability
- Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment with continuously evolving priorities
- Strong digital skills and knowledge of main team collaboration and task tracking tools (Slack, Trello, Telegram, Drive, Jira)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
It is a plus if you Have:
- Knowledge of Zendesk
- Confidence with data analysis, CSS, HTML, Exce or product management
- Experience in startups, in fast growing environments, in the Healthcare market, and in international contexts
As a Customer Success Manager you will:
- Provide administrative, technical, and clinical support to users (in cooperation with our internal Clinical Team) through all available channels (forms, social media, email)
- Handle enquiries from prospects and internal/external stakeholders
- Analyze and report bugs or other critical issues to the Product Team and/or other involved teams and collaborate in resolution
- Manage users and patients database
- Support in writing and maintaining content for the Help Center and team's email templates
- Assist your supervisor in strategic projects aimed at improving the Customer Experience of platform user
- Support the team by providing up-to-date information on various product developments and solutions to frequent problems
