To create a strong international team and continue with this growth in our clinical team, we are looking for a new clinical consultant in France:

This position will have as main focus the following tasks:

• Recruitment and training of new psychologists.
• Clinical supervision of the work of the psychologists who collaborate with Unobravo.
• Relationship management with psychologists in France.
• Coordination of clinical support activities for complex/problematic situations.
• Performance monitoring activities (Supervision and evaluation of the clinical quality of the psychologists' work).
• Participation in ad-hoc projects related to the design and/or implementation of initiatives that support the growth and maturity of the platform in the clinical setting.
• Creating a community of clinical psychologists.

For this, we ask that you meet the following requirements:

• To be a licensed clinical psychologist: Being on ADELI directory, Registered in a Department Delegation (DTD), having the state certification (DESS or DEP), registered on the National Council of Psychologists (CNP).
• 7+ years of experience as a psychotherapist.
• Ideally experience managing teams.
• Native knowledge of French and Fluent in English
• Previous experience with training teams and project management.
• Full time availability: Flexible schedule and availability for emergencies.
• Intermediate level use of Drive, Excel.
• Excellent time, priority and emergency management skills.
• Excellent ability to work as part of a team.
