We are currently searching for an OPERATIONS MANAGER to work closely with our FRENCH COUNTRY MANAGER and help drive our growth and success in FRANCE

You show the following aptitudes:

• Strong Management Aptitudes
  
• Outstanding capacity to design processes
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
  
• Proactive identification of inefficiencies, ability to understand root causes and propose data-driven actions
  
• Ability to drive KPI management, and to come up with data insights based on KPI observations
  
• Outstanding problem-solving aptitudes
  
• Very Hands-on
  
• Data Driven
  

Mandatory experience include:

• At least 2 years of management experience with Operational teams
• At least 5 years of experience

The ideal candidate would have some of the following experiences:

• Consulting or Industry experience
• Experience in a fast-growing environment (Startup, Scaleups)
• Knowledge of the healthcare space (not mandatory)
• Master in a Top Engineering or Business school in France

Other required qualification:

• Native in French
• Fluent in English

As an OPERATIONS MANAGER you will:

• Lead the Sourcing AND The Management of our therapist network in FRANCE
• Enhance the overall experience of our therapists
• Collaborate closely with our Clinical and academic teams
• Work alongside our HR and Customer success team
• Provide analytical support and manage various organizational projects
• Directly Work with the management team to identify and coordinate execution of strategic priorities
