Our goals at Unobravo are ambitious: we want to be the point of reference for people who want to improve their mental health or need help coping with mental care challenges, and grow to be the indisputable leader in high quality online psychotherapy in Italy, France and Europe.
We are seeking a highly skilled person to join our French team, with the purpose of helping us grow the service and product in France. You will lead the Finance and Admin local activities whilst collaborating with the Central Finance team in Italy.

As a Finance & Admin Specialist / Manager for France you will be:
Making payments of suppliers' invoices and employees' salaries
Taking care of active billing
Providing support to external accountants (sending payslips, bank statements, invoices)
Dealing, together with the labour consultant, with employment contracts and documentation supporting the payroll flow
Managing administrative back office activities
Dealing with the finance department of the parent company
Taking care of the definition and monitoring of compliance with company policies together with management (e.g. policies on purchase requests, employee absences and holidays, expense reports, team building, etc.).
Managing relations with banks and bank account management
Helping with employee selection processes
Supporting the county manager
Requirements
Graduate in economics, business admin or similar fields
Minimum of two-three years of work experience in accounting departments
Knowledge of the English language (fluent)
Preference for knowledge of the Italian language
Preference for knowledge of tools such as Agicap and Microsoft Dynamic 365
Excellent knowledge of excel and powerpoint
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and capacity to work well on matrix-reporting organizations.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ideally, you have experience or are highly familiar with marketplace-like ecosystems, where growth on the demand (our patients) and supply (our therapists) sides is well managed and balanced
