About Tuza
Tuza is building an exchange for payment pricing to give businesses access to the most competitive rates for their payment terminals. Changing payment providers is broken: a cornershop turning over £300k a year could save £5k+ a year by changing payment provider, but they don’t.

For businesses, it’s lengthy, lacks transparency, and often costly to switch. For providers, finding customers and helping them switch is manual and old-fashioned. It’s an industry crying out for change.

Tuza turns a week-long switching process into minutes, giving business owners their pick of the best rates from the likes of Worldpay, Barclaycard, and Natwest, saving them thousands of pounds a year in the process. All at zero cost for the business owner.

We're able to do this because our software powers our partners pricing and boarding, enabling them to dynamically price risk, and board a merchant in a digital journey. We're ridding acquiring banks of their legacy technology and creating a platform that our partners love working with.

We’ve raised $7m from exceptional fintech investors, including Northzone (original backers of Zettle, Trustpilot, Klarna) and Connect (first investor into Typeform, Citymapper). Angels are from Apple, Stripe, Visa, Wise etc.

The Role

Our Client Success Managers are the architects of successful client onboarding and product deployment. You'll be the bridge between Tuza's innovative payment solutions and our enterprise customers, ensuring smooth implementations that deliver real value.

You'll own the end-to-end implementation journey, being integrated into the client during the upstream sales process and owning the project planning and delivery through to customer success. Your success will be measured by how effectively you can turn complex requirements into seamless deployments that exceed customer expectations.

What we need:

  • The natural ability to build strong relationships with technical, business and control function stakeholders.

  • Deep experience in project management with a track record of delivering enterprise software into large financial institutions.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills - you know how to navigate complex organizations and align diverse interests

  • The ability to build and maintain detailed implementation roadmaps while managing multiple concurrent projects

  • Value autonomy, moving fast and getting Sh*t done

  • Excited to come into the London office 2/3 days a week

What we would like:

  • A technical understanding of payment systems and experience working with acquiring banks

  • Experience in either pre-implementation scoping with sales teams OR post-implementation customer success and product alignment (we value expertise in either path)

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary

  • Generous equity linked to your salary

  • You should always have the headspace to perform your best at home and work, so we have an unlimited holiday policy with an expected minimum of 24 days. You’ll also get £350 Airbnb credit to take a break you might not have done otherwise.

  • Comprehensive health insurance

  • Pension

  • Creative office space in Spitalfields, London with free breakfast twice a week

We’d love to discuss you joining the team.

We’ve been on the other side of the table: recruiters who waste your time, job offers that don’t materialise, and technical challenges that you don’t even get feedback on.

So here’s the process:

  1. Apply!

  2. Call with Calum from our commercial team

  3. A 1-hour take home assignment on product implementation

  4. Final interview, ideally in person (Spitalfields, London) and a chance to meet the team.
