Graduate Sales Specialist

Hi, we're Tuza - good to meet you.

We're building an exchange for payment pricing to give businesses access to the most competitive rates for their payment terminals. Changing payment providers is broken: a cornershop turning over £300k a year could save £5k+ a year by changing payment provider, but they don’t.

For small businesses, it’s lengthy, lacks transparency, and often costly to switch. For providers, finding customers and helping them switch is manual and old-fashioned. It’s an industry crying out for change.

Tuza turns a week-long switching process into minutes, giving business owners their pick of the best rates from the likes of Worldpay, Barclaycard, and Natwest, saving them thousands of pounds a year in the process. All at zero cost for the business owner.

We’ve raised $7m from exceptional fintech investors, including Northzone (original backers of Zettle, Trustpilot, Klarna) and Connect (first investor into Typeform, Citymapper).

Our Payment Specialists are the people in charge of giving small businesses an exceptional experience.

Other companies will pass businesses around, resulting in a frustrating customer experience. At Tuza, our Payments Specialists are able to look after anything from beginning to end. You’ll be helping customers with getting started, answering questions about Tuza, contacting our banking partners and everything in between.

As a payment specialist, you'll be:

  • Helping Tuza customers with a wide variety of queries by phone and in-person at their business

  • You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, always striving to provide the best experience for our customers

  • You’ll resolve simple queries efficiently, and you’ll take the time to investigate and resolve more complex ones

  • You'll be comfortable speaking to customers and supporting them through the sales process

Our Payments Specialists drive Tuza. We're looking for energetic and ambitious individuals excited to change an industry. In return, we’ll give you the opportunity to impact the way our business works.
