We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a knack for zooming in on specifics while maintaining a broad perspective. As a Knowledge Specialist, you'll serve as a critical link between detailed understanding and the big picture. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders and extract valuable insights will be essential. Your transparent communication style will ensure knowledge flows seamlessly, and your enthusiasm for content management and project ownership will contribute to our team's success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Holistic Perspective: Are you a big-picture thinker with attention to detail? You are perfect for the role if you are able to see the larger context of a situation whilst problem-solving the specifics.
  • Content Production and Revisions: Contribute to the creation of training and knowledge materials and revise content for accuracy and clarity.
  • Learning Delivery: Assign learning materials to learners and conduct in-person sessions when necessary, facilitating effective knowledge transfer.
  • Research and Sourcing: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other relevant stakeholders to gather essential information and develop comprehensive resources.
  • LMS and KMS Utilization: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) tools to organize and disseminate knowledge effectively.
  • Innovative Solutions: Harness your creativity to plan new solutions for enhancing the functionality of LMS and KMS platforms, taking our knowledge management processes to new heights.
  • Project Oversight: Take ownership of projects with multiple tasks and outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Embrace your role as a team player and bring all your communication skills to the table.
  • Time management and Accountability: Plan and manage commitments and deadlines meticulously.

  • Keeping communication channels open and actively connecting with colleagues
  • Communicate proactively while seeking solutions to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Critical thinking when faced with tasks to understand the root cause of the situation and the best approach to tackle it.
  • Interest in participating and/or co-organising teambuilding activities to build stronger relationships.
  • Thinking outside of the box is always welcomed, and eagerness to take on creative tasks is a plus.
  • Readiness to put your hands on content maintenance.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in information sourcing and content creation
  • Good writing skills
  • Skilled in training creation and delivery
  • Confident and able to work on multiple requests
  • Proactive communicator
  • Critical thinker, especially when creating and curating content
  • Knowledge of LMS and/or KMS is a plus
