We’re seeking a Senior PM Lead— a strategic and dynamic leader adept at overseeing large-scale projects and directing substantial teams. This role involves establishing a comprehensive framework for coordinating activities across multiple entities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple large-scale projects and teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment across the organization.
• Develop and implement a system for coordinating diverse team activities and projects across various business entities.
• Participate in developing and overseeing OKRs.
• Establish and maintain a robust reporting system and ensure transparent communication throughout the organization.
• Delve deeply into processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that project execution aligns with corporate standards (Compliance, Legal, and Finance).
• Lead and develop a team of PM managers, fostering their growth.
• Quickly identify and solve product challenges.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar senior role within large companies.
• Proven experience managing large teams, consisting of 100+ members.
• Successful track record in coordinating and executing large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in building systems for reporting and communication.
• Fluent level of both spoken and written English.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to immerse yourself in the product and proactively identify and address operational challenges.
