THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

Under the leadership of the Senior People Operations Specialist/Manager, the People Operations Specialist will help to provide an exceptional experience to our employees.

  • Perform all the processes and activities necessary for the daily administrative management of employees globally
  • Ensure that our HR/People processes are compliant
  • With the support of your manager, you'll take care of HR operations and work closely with all our stakeholders for CEE region.
  • Where applicable - processing the payroll for CEE countries with clean processes in place. Ensuring consistent and accurate flow of information so that all payrolls are processed on time adding accordance with local country requirements
  • Autonomously manage and resolve tasks raised via our People Support Portal, in a timely manner
  • Manage and update our HRIS and other HR systems
  • Where needed assist in performing audit processes with our internal teams
  • Managing the admin of our regional benefits offering
  • Coordinating workplace Health & Safety processes with the H&S team
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR/People processes
  • Build and constantly improve existing People Operations processes
  • Support recruiting processes with the local teams if needed

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • People Operations/HR Generalist with 4+ years of experience, startup experience is a plus
  • Getting things done mentality and passion for people
  • Expertise in labour law and administrative People/HR topics for CEE region
  • Eager to dive into new topics and continuously grow with the organisation
  • Excellent communication in English and Polish
  • Excited to build-up People Excellence in both centrally and regional
  • Have the ability to lead global projects from inception to operation
