As the VP Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to lead Thirty Madison’s marketing function and team, from development of an impactful overarching marketing strategy to flawless execution across the full marketing funnel. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the executive team to craft and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies (short and long term) aimed at bolstering brand recognition, attracting and retaining patients, and fostering revenue expansion. Your duties will entail partnering with key stakeholders across our various brands to delineate and execute our marketing roadmap, encompassing growth and acquisition, retention strategies, brand positioning, and creative endeavors. You are the ideal candidate for this position as you possess exceptional leadership skills, a keen analytical mindset, agility, and tactical acumen. Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions.

- The base pay range for this position is $219,200 - $301,400 per year.

- Lead all things Marketing at Thirty Madison, including growth and performance, lifecycle and retention, brand, and creative directionDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy (short and long term) aligned with the company's goals, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for Thirty Madison’s businesses (Nurx, Keeps, Cove, Facet)
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic marketing team, fostering collaboration & innovation, professional development and a high-performance culture
- Maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, their behaviors, pain points, and preferences, ensuring that our messaging resonates
- Drive innovation across the team by identifying and testing new areas of opportunity for growth. Stay current with the latest marketing trends and technologies and provide thought leadership to the organization
- Take our brand to the next level through differentiated positioning, creative and awareness-driving tactics
- Effectively leverage data and analytics to in creating actionable plans that result in market growth, engagement, retention, and margin increase
- Work cross functionally with key stakeholders on product development, data, marketing campaigns, and product / brand launches
- Develop our low- and no-cost acquisition efforts, including SEO, organic social, referral, partnerships
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, leveraging financial acumen and strategic insights to optimize resource allocation, maximize return on investment, and deliver cost-effective marketing campaigns

What you bring to the role
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience of marketing experience required, with experience working with C-level executives and Board members
- Demonstrated experience in building brands, managing creative expression, driving brand awareness and fostering brand loyalty and community engagement
- Experience with web analytics tools and a firm grasp of audience development best practices and audience analytics tools (Segment, FB/Meta Ad manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong D2C experience
- Managed budgets of > $40 million annually in paid marketing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the demonstrated ability to gather and analyze complex data to drive insights and decision-making
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing marketing teams
- Ability to drive strong, cohesive creative expression throughout all marketing touchpoints
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of relevant industries, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Proven ability to to collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization as a tactical and strategic partner, coach and advisor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
