About the Role

As a Marketing associate at Tandem health, you will support Tandem’s growth in a fast moving and high potential market, with a strong focus on language quality, localization, and reliable campaign execution.

You will support how Tandem is experienced in French across product, marketing, and go to market activities, ensuring clarity, consistency, and credibility in all local touchpoints.

This is an early career role, suited for someone at the beginning of their marketing journey, potentially straight from university. It is ideal for a curious, detail oriented individual who is motivated to learn quickly and grow within a high performing European team.

What you will do

French copy & localization

• Write, adapt, and refine high-quality French copy across product, website, marketing, CRM, paid ads, and landing pages

• Ensure all French content feels native, clear, accurate, and on-brand

• Support localization of new features, pages, and launches for the French market

• Maintain consistency in tone of voice and linguistic quality across all touchpoints

• Review, improve, and finalize AI-generated or translated content before publication

Marketing support & execution

• Support local campaigns across acquisition, content, and lifecycle marketing

• Help localize assets for paid, organic, CRM, and sales enablement channels

• Assist with launches, events, webinars, and partner activities

• Contribute ideas to improve activation, engagement, and adoption

Cross-functional collaboration & learning

• Work closely with central Marketing, Growth, Product, and Sales teams

• Act as the French language point of contact internally

• Share insights on language, messaging, and user feedback from the French market

What You Bring

• Native-level French writing skills

• Good written English (working language)

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or related fields

  (including internships, student projects, or freelance work)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn fast

• A proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in our Paris office where you will work primarily in order to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. Travel is expected locally to meet customers, and regular trips to Stockholm to meet the full team are also a requirement. The role will report to our Marketing Director located in Sweden.
