Build something monumental for Healthcare!

At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.

We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!

About the Role

You love bringing clarity and momentum to complex projects. At your previous job, you were the person who made things happen, the one who could take an idea from rough draft to actionable plan, and who noticed what was missing before anyone else did.

At Tandem, you’ll work across teams to help build and amplify Tandem’s brand and keep our communications sharp, our brand consistent, and our initiatives moving forward. You’ll balance creativity with structure - writing, coordinating, and tracking projects that range from product launches and campaigns to internal comms and events. You’ll collaborate closely with all functions at Tandem, ensuring everything we put out meets the high standards we hold ourselves to at Tandem.

We think this is a role for someone who’s both organized and curious, someone who likes figuring out how things work, enjoys picking up new tools, and finds satisfaction in making processes smoother. You’ll have the opportunity to grow fast, learn deeply about AI and healthcare, and contribute to work that makes a tangible impact for clinicians and patients alike.

What you will do

  • Track and manage translation workflows across regions.

  • Support on updating the website and campaign pages with new copy, visuals, and CTAs.

  • Help with social media content, employer branding content, and lighter video editing.

  • Report on campaign performance and content engagement.

  • Provide support on PR & Comms assets including organising and editing photography.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, tech, SaaS, or agency work.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously (content, events, web, creative).

  • Solid understanding of marketing workflows: briefing, creation, approval, publishing, reporting.

  • Confident creator, writer and communicator in English (other EU languages a plus).

  • Comfortable coordinating translations and reviews with external partners or our international teams.

  • Strong organisational habits and attention to detail.

Familiarity with tools like:

  • Project management: Notion, Linear (for tracking tasks and assets).

  • Design & creative: Figma (basic design adjustments, exporting assets), PowerPoint (create great-looking slides and templates).
