Come and build something monumental for Healthcare!
At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.
We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!
We’ve partnered with Accurx, one of the UK’s leading healthcare communication platforms, to roll out our ambient scribe technology to over 200,000 NHS clinicians. Together, we’re transforming how clinical documentation is done — automatically generating high-quality notes in real time so doctors can spend less time on admin and more time with patients. With a pipeline of over 50 pilots across NHS Acute and Community Mental Health Trusts, we’re driving adoption at scale and reshaping the clinician experience across the NHS.
About the Role
You’ll join Tandem’s Medical Operations team and help bring our AI Medical Assistant into real clinical settings across the UK. This is an entry-level, high-impact role built for someone with a clinical background (for example: junior doctor, physician associate, experienced nurse, allied health professional, or recent medical graduate) who wants hands-on experience with product implementation, customer-facing work, and AI in healthcare.
You’ll take end-to-end ownership of deploying Accurx Scribe, powered by Tandem, across secondary care settings. This means leading the full rollout process — from engaging clinicians and delivering training to refining templates and optimising prompts for better accuracy. You’ll also collect product feedback directly from users and work closely with our engineers to continuously improve the product.
What You Will Do
Lead deployments: take full ownership of rolling out Accurx Scribe, powered by Tandem, across NHS sites nationwide — from clinician onboarding to successful go-lives.
Travel extensively: this role involves frequent travel to hospital sites across the UK to support deployments and work directly with clinicians. At times, you may spend extended periods on-site to ensure smooth rollouts. There will also be occasional trips to Stockholm to collaborate with the wider team.
Be on the frontline: run training sessions, shadow clinicians, and provide hands-on support to ensure seamless adoption.
Drive impact with data: collect usage insights and outcomes to measure effectiveness and demonstrate ROI to NHS stakeholders.
Shape the product: refine templates, optimise AI prompts, and feed back user insights directly to our engineers to continuously improve Tandem.
Champion our users: build strong relationships with clinicians, develop champions within Trusts, and showcase success stories through compelling case studies.
Support growth: assist with live demos, represent Tandem at events, and join commercial conversations alongside senior colleagues.
What You Bring
Clinically trained: recently qualified or early career clinicians (e.g., FY1/FY2 doctors, experienced nurse, allied health professionals, or physician associates).
A passion for technology, AI, and its potential to transform healthcare.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills - comfortable working with clinicians, engineers, and commercial teams.
Strong organisational skills and a process-driven mindset.
Keen to learn and iterate: you’ll receive mentorship, but we want people who have a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
Willingness to work flexibly, travel to customer sites frequently, and step up during critical moments.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with prompting and large language models (LLMs).
Experience or interest in developing simple templates or documentation for clinicians.
Exposure to regulatory standards in the UK or EU (e.g. clinical safety, digital health compliance).
Experience running implementation projects or customer-facing rollouts.
