About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual eager to play a vital role in how Tandem operate as we scale from a startup to global player. As our first operations-only hire, you’ll pair up with our Chief of Staff and CEO to shape the operational engine of the company – helping turn strategy into execution across markets and teams.

You’ll be at the center of how things get done, from tightening the gears of daily operations to driving special projects and company-wide initiatives forward. You will be pivotal in helping us move faster, smarter, and with more intention, while carving out space to grow into a domain of operations that excites you over time.

What You will Do

• Be a force multiplier for the Chief of Staff to drive strategic and operational initiatives across the company

• Independently execute on day-to-day ops, as well as high-impact special projects across teams and markets over time (think: market launches, partnership rollouts, internal process improvements)

• Help plan and coordinate internal and external events – including key gatherings that shape how we work together, conferences, and other instances where our team will need to shine

• Build and shape processes that define our operational engine across all corners of the business

• Collaborating with Talent, Expansion, Finance, and Legal on cross-functional work

• Conduct research, prepare briefings, or coordinate with vendors and partners - whatever it takes to get the job done

What You Bring

• Some experience working in a fast-paced environment; consulting, tech, health-tech, or early-stage startups ideally

• Or: a recent graduate with standout internship or work experience and a drive to jump into operations head-first, learning as you go with a ‘everything is solvable’ mindset

• Strong business sense: you get how companies work, what makes them run, and where to step in to move things forward

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - you love keeping things tidy and efficient

• A bias for action: you’re self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out

• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal

Bonus Points

• Experience supporting senior leaders or executives

• Exposure to healthcare, tech, or highly regulated industries

• Event planning or logistics coordination experience

• You’ve worked across multiple teams or functions before - and loved it

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This role is based in our vibrant HQ in the Epicenter building in the heart of Stockholm where you will work primarily from our office to collaborate, connect, and build our culture.
