At Tandem, we are revolutionising healthcare - an industry that is deeply broken in terms of what clinicians actually spend their time on. It is simply not sustainable that clinicians should spend >40% of their time on admin, and that 9 out of 10 doctors state they are unable to finish their administrative tasks during working hours.

Our solution is a clinician copilot, enabling clinicians to focus on care instead of on administrative tasks. We are building this copilot module by module, starting with the most time consuming admin task of writing medical notes. The core of our product is therefore an ambient scribe - which transcribes the patient doctor interaction, and based on it generates a medical note.

Since founding the company in August 2023, we’ve seen rapid growth and are live with +300 of care providers using the product every day, backed by tier-1 European VCs.

Tandem now generates 1000s of medical notes every day, saving clinicians valuable time while also improving their work environment and the quality of care.

Commercial Partnerships (country)

You will play a pivotal role in driving Tandem’s success in your local market. Working closely with the local Country Manager, you will identify new commercial opportunities, forge key relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, and execute strategic plans to win over in particular strategic and large accounts. We have built a revolutionary product that clinicians love, now we need you to as quickly as possible bring it to market.

By collaborating with both commercial and product colleagues, you will help tailor our solution to meet local market needs—ultimately making a meaningful difference in healthcare delivery.

Who are you?

  • You have a commercial background in healthcare, healthtech or a related industry.

  • You collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, from product teams to external partners.

  • You’re passionate about bringing innovative healthcare solutions to market and improving care delivery.

  • You thrive working with other world-class people, in an organisation where the best idea wins.

  • You have a deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem, from payors and providers to system suppliers (e.g. EHRs).

  • Ultimately, you’re excited about transforming European healthcare and embracing the journey every step of the way.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of experience, with a strong track record of sales, business development, and/or partnership-building in healthcare or a relevant field.

  • Background in the clinician field is a strong plus.

  • Proven entrepreneurial or high-growth experience that shows your ability to innovate and adapt.

Practicalities

  • Our compensation for this position is based on experience, and also includes equity incentives.

  • This is a full-time role based in London, with expected local traveling to customers and regular trips to Stockholm to meet the full team.
