What you will do

You will be focusing on a mix of the following activities. Your focus may shift over time depending on demand, and also based on your desires of which parts appeal the most to you:

  • Sales - Blow new customers away with demos of Tandem, and lead the full sales process that naturally follows.

  • Customer success - Onboard new customers, ensure they fully start to use Tandem, and continue to love the product.

  • Product development - Draw learnings from working close to customers, to constantly improve and further develop Tandem.

Requirements

  1. Medical background

  2. Based in Stockholm

  3. Fluent in Swedish (due to majority of current customers being Swedish)

Nice to have

  1. Health tech experience

  2. Sales experience

  3. Product development experience
