Founded by experienced entrepreneurs and leaders and backed by venture firms, Northzone and Accel, our team is driving explosive growth; with hundreds of customers in a wide variety of industries - SaaS, fintech, telecom, finance, and more.

The opportunity
Stonly is a B2B saas company that helps companies (Criteo, Calendly, Cargill..) to improve their customer journey, from onboarding to support, with customizable and interactive guides.
The company was created 4 years ago by Alexis (former co-founder of Dashlane), David (ex VP sales of Calendly) & Krzysztof (ex Dashlane)
Our company is global since day 1, with 3 offices in France, US & Poland . We have raised over 22m€ in 2022 with top VC funds as Accel & NorthZone. Our ambition is huge : Becoming an iconic tech company redefining self served guidance globally and capturing a huge market (50 billions $).
To achieve this ambition, we need to hire a VP people (a member of the executive team) who will maximize our team's potential by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while promoting a strong company culture that supports Stonly's growth.
What is the role about?
We are looking for a builder : someone who will be excited by their room for maneuver and who will be able to build the people function as they see it and working with people who know that it is important.
Your goals :
- Developing and implementing a human resources strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy. Measuring and reporting on HR metrics (that you will define) to improve HR initiatives and programs
- Improving employee performance & productivity in order to target our business goals while improving the level of engagement and the retention of our employees
- Managing and optimizing our HR processes (payroll, compliance, onboarding, benefits, career growth etc..) with the help of our Office Manager & Financial Teams & Lawyers
- Providing HR & management support and guidance to the middle managers & executive teams
- Improving our employer branding to make it special, managing our Talent Acquisition Specialist and preparing the recruitment roadmap ahead of our Serie B
What are the perspectives of the job?
Within 6 months:
- You’ll have ramped-up and have perfectly understood what we do.
- You will assess what we do, identify our strengths and weaknesses from a people perspective, and define an action plan to improve
- You’ll have actively participated to the definition of the HR roadmap by making sure we balance long-term growth over short terms wins
Within 1 year:
- You’ll have ensured that employees at Stonly recognizes themselves in the following sentences:
- I have enough autonomy in my work
- I feel challenged by my role and am able to achieve professional progress
- I am happy with the way people consider me and with the recognition of my work
- I have a clear understanding of how my work impacts our customer’s goals and our business metrics
- Stonly will grow significantly next year. You will participate in the preparation of our Series B and the deployment of our people roadmap to help scale the company internationally
Skills and Experience

What does our recruitment process look like?
- You will first have a first interview with Cyrille, who supports us on this recruitment (45 min)
- You’ll then meet Alexis (CEO) (30 min)
- You’ll then work on case study and discuss it with David (Co-founder) & Alexis (1h30)
- You’ll then meet Pierre-Etienne (VP finance), Alexia (VP Customer Success), Aneta (Global HR Business Partner) & Krzysztof (co-founder) for the cultural fit interview (4*30 min)
