Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations , the Director of Marketing Analytics will lead our marketing analytics function, overseeing a team of Analysts and setting the vision for data strategy across the marketing organization. This leader will drive our planning and forecasting cycles, own marketing performance measurement, and serve as a key thought partner to cross-functional leaders in Business Intelligence, Revenue, and Engineering. They’ll be responsible for building scalable systems, championing a culture of data fluency, and ensuring every marketer at Spring Health has the insights and tools they need to succeed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage a team of Marketing Analytics Leads, setting clear expectations, goals, and development plans while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
  • Own the development and enforcement of analytics best practices, reporting templates, and documentation to drive consistency and transparency across the marketing org.
  • Serve as the marketing analytics lead for annual, quarterly, and half-year planning—partnering with Finance and Revenue to build forecasts, growth models, and performance scenarios.
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to define KPIs for each function,campaign, and channel, ensuring data is accessible, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Drive the enablement of the marketing organization—providing training, tools, and support to help teams understand, trust, and use data in their daily decision-making.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards, attribution models, and reporting frameworks in partnership with BI and Engineering.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and campaign retrospectives, delivering insights that improve future strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define and track the impact of marketing on pipeline, conversion, and revenue across the customer journey.
  • Stay ahead of marketing analytics trends, bringing in new methodologies, tools, and ways of working to keep Spring Health at the cutting edge.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Marketing planning cycles (annual, H1/H2, quarterly) are consistently delivered with clarity, rigor, and cross-functional alignment
  • 100% of marketing teams are trained on and regularly use core dashboards and reports
  • Clear and consistent use of standardized templates and KPIs across marketing functions
  • Analytics team meets >95% of SLAs for marketing support requests
  • Attribution accuracy and full-funnel insights materially improve decision-making and ROI
  • Team engagement scores are high and talent development plans are in place for all direct reports

What we expect from you:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles, with at least 3 years managing and mentoring analytics professionals
  • Proven experience leading marketing analytics in a high-growth B2B, B2C, B2B2C environments; experience in health tech or SaaS preferred
  • Strong knowledge of marketing data ecosystems—including attribution, campaign tracking, funnel performance, and lifecycle analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau); experience with dbt, Snowflake, Iterable and other MarTech is a plus
  • Experience managing annual/quarterly marketing planning processes and aligning data to business forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and present insights to executive stakeholders
  • Systems thinker with a passion for building scalable processes and upskilling others in data fluency
  • Highly organized, strategic, and solutions-oriented—comfortable balancing long-term vision with near-term execution

The target base salary range for this position is $173,110 - $216,390, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
