We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Customer Experience team, working with Engineering, Data Science, Product, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to create a world class mental healthcare experience. This individual will be responsible for defining a strategy for and delivering standard and custom data to Spring Health’s customers and technology partners in a high-performing, scalable, and secure environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and execute innovative strategies and roadmaps for customer data-sharing products that are informed by industry and technology trends, customer insights, and business impact for Spring Health.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our members (aka patients) throughout their journey, and advocate for solutions that help them get into care, while ensuring their privacy is held to the highest legal and ethical standards
- Dive deep on customer requests by leading direct customer and vendor engagement with BI, Analytics, and HR/People teams.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate to define and prioritize data-related processes and product enhancements
- Drive prioritization consensus across business teams and serve as an effective liaison between stakeholders and engineering
- Evangelize a data-driven culture, advocating for best practices in data modeling and governance
- Coordinate with GTM teams to ensure Sales and Customer Success enablement, and market awareness of new data-sharing capabilities
- Determine and optimize the key performance indicators for your team
- Review and report on progress for initiatives/projects, managing project risks - including the development of contingency plans - to internal and external audiences, often at executive level

- Customer Satisfaction with speed/quality/completeness of data sharing requests
- Efficiency gains of Engineering and Data teams through automation
- Revenue attributed to data sharing services
- Quality of data matching/data sharing
What we expect from you:
- You’ve worked for 3+ years in a data function, preferably as a product manager for data or API products, at a technology-driven organization with data scientists, engineers, and product designers
- You have experience leading high-profile customer and vendor meetings to deep-dive on requirements, present roadmaps, and demo product functionality
- You can articulate high-level insights from raw data and present these data stories to customers, speaking directly to the customers’ interests and needs
- You have built B2B or B2B2C products, developing compelling roadmaps that inspire customers, and delivering value and ROI to the end users and their business
- You are curious about current and future data technologies
- You feel comfortable reading and writing technical documentation about the capabilities of an API or other data service
- You have an outstanding track record of owning a set of product features, defining a 6-12 month strategy and roadmap for a product area, and consistently delivering on OKRs
- You have worked in an ever-changing environment and are able to drive detailed trade-offs during the entire product life cycle
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguous problem areas
- You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and are equally comfortable balancing tactical and strategic execution
- You have the mental resilience to know that we're just at the start of a long journey in which change is constant
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders
- You possess strong organizational and project management skills, and are careful and accurate with details
- You possess excellent product judgment; ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance stakeholders need
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare or another regulated industry
- Quantitative background (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
- Proficient in SQL
- Master’s degree or MBA
The target base salary range for this position is $159,100 - $194,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
