The VP of Growth reports directly to the CMO and will lead building out our audience, growing our top of the funnel pipeline and building out a high performing team to deliver on aggressive growth targets. You will be an integral part of the broader leadership team at Spring Health, and on the Marketing Leadership team as well as the Revenue Leadership team, fostering our culture and strengthening our cross-functional partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead our B2B growth strategy for companies seeking our EAP+ solution across diversified market segments.
  • Own the strategy to engage with, nurture and deepen our relationships with consultants in the health care category.
  • Develop and drive our growth strategy to acquire more Payers/Resellers into our ecosystem and strengthen our differentiated voice in this category.
  • Build out and develop a high performing marketing team across our multiple audiences, ensuring they overperform to expectations and have all the resources, tools, and support they need to do so.
  • Partner closely with our VP of Customer Success to meaningfully develop and contribute to our upsell and customer renewal strategies.
  • Lead the demand generation strategy across a diverse set of direct and indirect channels and programs in which to reach prospects and introduce them to Spring Health.
  • Own the website as a selling vehicle for acquiring and converting our audience into a set of leads in which we can nurture and develop, this includes owning the website strategy, content, design, pathways and ongoing testing (CRO/LPO).
  • Lead our robust event strategy serving a multitude of audiences and goals across a wide range of events from marquee to high touch, and highly curated.
  • Partner closely with our Brand and PMM orgs to ensure we are leading the right conversations in the market to develop and nurture an audience of high value prospects.
  • Partner closely with our Marketing and Revenue Operations functions to ensure we have the right budget, marketing technology, data and resources to drive a highly predictable, sustainable growth engine against leads, opportunities and one that eventually converts into revenue.
  • Build out a culture of measurement and investment ethos that can empower the organization to make the right bets, decisions and tradeoffs.
  • Align deeply and be a business partner to our Growth Product organization finding new ways to attract traffic, convert leads, and nurture them into SQLs through product tools and experiences.
  • Be a thought partner and deeply embed yourself into the Revenue Organization to ensure we are lockstep on strategic areas such as our sales story, our differentiators, our segment strategy, and more.
  • Champion across our entire organization the voice of the market as it relates to what will attract high value prospects and ultimately grow our business.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Achieving our growth targets across MALs, MQLs, SQOs, Pipeline, and CW Opportunities across all of our audiences and segments.
  • Developing a strong consultant community that understands, champions and supports Spring Health and our mission.
  • Developing and executing an audience development strategy that grows our database and enables us to nurture leads effectively to accelerate deals.
  • Building out a lead gen experimentation engine that is nimble, and scales across the many needs of our growth marketing efforts.
  • Develop strong relationships across Sales, CS, and Product to ensure we are aligned and operating as one team.

What we expect from you:

  • 10+ years of growth marketing experience, B2B experience is a requirement
  • Strong leadership skills, with deep experience leading and mentoring a high performing team
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and growth
  • A strong collaborative mindset, and an ability to work across the organization effectively to build trust and partnership
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Your professionalism and adaptability make you a valued collaborator and ambassador for Spring Health
  • Subject Matter Expert: Understanding of the HR/Benefits market is a plus

The target base salary range for this position is $187,200 - $256,100, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
