The Role

As a Business Developer at Safello, you will dive deep into data, structure it, extract insights, build business cases, and turn them into actionable strategies. Your ideas and initiatives will drive Safello’s growth, and you will own your projects from start to finish. Do you have AI tools that help you in your work? Great, use them all!

What You’ll Do

• Identify opportunities for business growth through market research, deep data analysis, and actionable insights

• Develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence and drive customer adoption

• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and compliance teams to implement data-driven decisions

• Stay ahead of industry trends and position Safello as a leader in the evolving crypto landscape

What We’re Looking For

• A highly analytical mind that thrives on structuring data and drawing insights

• A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives initiatives

• A proven track record of turning ideas into tangible results and making things happen

• Experience in business development, strategy, or data-driven decision-making

• Strong understanding of crypto, trading, and financial services (bonus if you’ve worked in a regulated environment)

• A relentless drive to make an impact and push boundaries

• Excellent written and spoken English is a must, as we operate in an international, remote-first environment.
