💡 Please note that this position is on-site in Augsburg, and advanced English skills are required.

What You’ll Do ✨

• 📢 Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews

• 🗂 Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses

• 📋 Help prepare onboarding materials, organize orientation sessions, and support documentation for new hires

• 📅 Help plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities

• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Respond to employee inquiries and support HR operations to ensure satisfaction and engagement

• 🏢 Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities

What Makes You a Great Fit ✅

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

• 📆 Available for a 3–6 month internship in our Augsburg office

• 🧠 Strong interest in how a business works, especially from the HR and talent management perspective

• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; German is a plus.

• 📎 Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• 🤝 Team player who can also work independently with a proactive mindset
