About Reonic
At Reonic, we’re on a mission to simplify renewable technology with our B2B SaaS solutions for solar, storage, and heat pumps. Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by 1,000+ business customers, we’re looking for a Product Manager to work closely with our engineering team.

What you will do

🧪 Spearhead our testing efforts: Coordinate release testings and continuously test + provide feedback for in- development new features to the engineering team.

🧩 Coordinate software releases: Keep track of features and changes in our software and act as the communication hub between multiple teams.

🎉 Showcase our new features: Create release-notes and internal demos to make sure that all your colleagues are up to date.

🤝 Collect feedback: Triage user feedback, investigate bug reports and create well described tickets for the engineering team from that.

What Makes You a Great Fit

🌱 Passion for Renewables: Genuine interest in renewable energy and willingness to dig further into (technical) details

🌍 Great communication skills: At least in German (C1+) and English (C1+) with bonus points for additional French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese skills.

💡 Product mindset: You're not just working off checklists, but really get into the mind of our customers
🔥 Drive: We value conscientious people, we work hard and we play hard.
🏢 Previous experience in a similar role, B2B SaaS, the start-up ecosystem or a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field (are a plus)

Location
This is a full-time, in-office position in either Augsburg or in Berlin (with 2-4 weeks of initial onboarding in Augsburg)
