What You’ll Do
📈 Drive Growth – Support sales deals, participate in demo calls, and contribute to the expansion of our Annual Recurring Revenue
🤝 Strengthen Customer Relationships – Cultivate and maintain partnerships with B2B clients, to drive long-term success
📊 Optimize Processes & Strategy – Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, refine sales strategies, and optimize operations
✅ Lead & Build – Develop our team and ensuring operational excellence in our Italian market to built a strong operational structure
🔍 Leverage Data – Extract insights from HubSpot and other tools to make data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and customer engagement

What Makes You a Great Fit
✨ Proven leadership experience – You have successfully led a team, driven performance, and built a strong operational structure
📊 Strong background in sales operations, business development, or account management (preferably in SaaS or a startup environment)
💡 Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM and lead generation tools—you know how to extract and analyze data to drive strategic decisions
💬 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can engage and influence across different levels
⚡ A proactive, flexible mindset with a passion for process optimization and scaling operation
