How you'll make an impact at Reonic
As a Customer Success Specialist for the german market, you’ll shape the future of Reonic by ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions. Working closely with our development team, you’ll drive customer satisfaction, retention, and innovation in renewable technology.
What you will do:
- You are the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the german market
- Leveraging customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
- Continuously improving customer experience and streamlining processes
- Identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities and seeking out potential partnerships, keeping ahead of industry developments
- Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation
You will be perfect for the role if you have:
- Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers
- You have a technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
- Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field (are a plus)
- Motivated to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German
