The Role

As a Sales Development Representative you'll join our Commercial Team and drive the top of our sales funnel. You'll be one of the first voices prospects hear from Ravio, so you'll spend your days reaching out to companies across phone, email and LinkedIn, opening conversations, sparking interest, and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

Ravio has strong product-market fit, and your job is to amplify it. You'll work from an outbound playbook we've already built, sequences, call frameworks, targeting and tooling, with proper onboarding to get you up to speed fast. We're still early though, so the playbook keeps evolving. As you run it day to day, what you learn about what's landing will help shape where it goes next. We want someone who executes with real consistency and brings ideas to make the motion better, not someone who just works through a script.

This is a high-activity role. Expect to make 50–80 calls and add 30–50 new contacts to sequences each day, with clear targets, hands-on coaching, and a genuine path to grow into a senior SDR or AE seat as you prove yourself and the team scales.

What we’re looking for

  • Research, identify and approach potential customers in the tech industry in our key segments, with a strong focus on mid-market accounts

  • Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound activities (calls, emails, social) to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives

  • Work closely with our Account Executives to build target lists and run agreed outreach strategies

  • Run our sequences and call frameworks consistently, and feed back on what's working to help us sharpen them over time

  • Keep clean, accurate records in HubSpot and stay on top of your own activity and conversion numbers

  • Represent Ravio as the "first face" of the company, providing a personable, consultative and professional experience to all prospects

Your Key Skills

  • Ideally some sales or outbound experience, B2B SaaS a bonus — but if you're early in your career and hungry, we want to hear from you

  • A real appetite for outbound. You get that this role is built on calls and consistent prospecting, and that energises you rather than puts you off

  • Strong phone presence and resilience. You can strike up a natural conversation with a stranger, keep your energy up, and bounce back quickly from a no

  • Organised and consistent, able to hit daily activity targets without losing quality

  • Curious, with a bias to improve. You'll follow the playbook, but you'll also notice what could work better and say so

  • Comfortable when things move fast and change as we build

  • A natural, personable communicator who builds rapport quickly and represents Ravio thoughtfully

  • Ambitious to grow, with a real route into senior SDR or AE roles

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Level P1/P2

    • £30,000 - £50,000 base salary (43-71k OTE aligned with a high-impact SDR role, with uncapped variable potential)
