As Senior Lead - Payroll Professional Services, you will be a leader of leaders, who is dedicated to delivering best-in-class services to our customers. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and enhancing our service delivery through continuous process improvement and effective team leadership. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
Leadership:
  • Build, lead, and develop multiple teams, focusing on professional services and extended customer support.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and ensuring continuous improvement across Professional Services.
  • Drive team success by managing workload, setting priorities, and monitoring performance against KPIs.
Operational Success
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our professional services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Act as the go-to expert for your teams and customers, providing guidance on complex service delivery issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their specific needs and ensuring our services meet those needs effectively.
  • Manage escalations and resolve operational issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
Payroll Process & Product Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within professional services operations to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Success) to resolve complex service issues and provide feedback to improve our offerings.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize service delivery processes, focusing on automation and technology-driven efficiencies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously expanding your knowledge to benefit the team and our customers.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
  • Business proficiency in German and a good command of English.

  • At least 5 years of experience in German Payroll Professional Services, with a strong focus on process optimization, customer communication, and service delivery.

  • At least 2 years of experience leading and developing a team, with a proven track record of driving team performance.

  • Experience with payroll software; a passion for leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.

  • A team player with a strong sense of empathy, dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

  • High standards for quality and diligence in your work, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
