The PTech Strategy and Operations team is responsible for building the PTech organization’s operating system to enable high performance, high velocity and execution excellence so we can exceed our customers expectations and deliver healthy business growth in alignment with Personio’s big ambitions and principles.


By improving organizational best practices, investing in development and fostering engagement and community, the PTech Enablement team ensures that our PTech organization remains appropriately staffed and skilled, motivated, and aligned with Personio's core values and objectives. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
As part of the team you will program managing strategic organizational initiatives, driving change management and operational efforts across PTech in collaboration with PTech leaders, Finance, Talent Acquisition, People Team and IT.

Planning:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce capacity with the product roadmap.
  • Ensure budget allocations support the successful execution of product and technical initiatives.
Talent Development:
  • Coordinate PTech Learning and Development sessions.
  • Define and operationalize PTech-specific employee onboarding.
Ways of Working and Community Building:
  • Establish and promote PTech-wide hybrid working best practices.
  • Foster community initiatives to improve team cohesion and engagement.
  • Implement best practices for onsite team gatherings and manage the travel and event budget for PTech teams.
Communication:
  • Support PTech-wide communications to ensure clarity and high employee engagement across the organization.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
  • Over 7 years of relevant experience working with Engineering, Product and Design Teams

  • Proven success in program-managing complex strategic initiatives

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences, including executives and the entire organization

  • Expertise in taking an analytical approach to work, using qualitative and quantitative data to influence and measure progress

  • Skilled in influencing and driving change management efforts in collaboration with departments such as FP&A, Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and Workplace

  • Passionate about fostering community initiatives that enhance team cohesion and engagement
