The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio
The FLS (finance, legal & strategy) team strives to be the co-pilot to every team and also to the entire company. We are the trusted business partner that sits at their side, a confidant that supports decision making. As a co-pilot, who sees how all the components come together, we watch out that the entire result is best for the company. How do we get there? We build trust that we are a strong co-pilot. We always try to best support every team and the entire company. Outputs we produce (processes, reports) are looked at through the eyes of the recipients. They are correct, timely, and are well thought-through. We add a concise punchline or recommendation that informs the decision making. All outputs are generated in an efficient way that is standardized and automated as much as possible, so we preserve capacity for high impact topics that require more tailoring. We tackle topics not only in a reactive, but rather proactive way. And all of this we embed in strong, effective communication. To get there, we need to work as one team FLS together. Support each other. Use our joint meetings effectively to update each other, discuss, align - and ultimately have fun together!
