What you’ll do:
Own and Deliver Operational Risk Solutions: Identify critical control gaps in day-to-day operations—from data entry and pricing accuracy to logistics bottlenecks and inventory control. Design and implement simple, scalable controls that reduce exposure and speed up execution across teams.
Strengthen Data Processing & Accuracy: Work with Data, Ops, IT, Finance and Product to reduce errors in our critical data (e.g. customer orders, pricing, invoicing, and commercial data reporting). Build in checks, reconciliation controls, and alerting for high-impact data issues.
Mitigate People and Process Risk: Assess roles with high risk exposure (Pricing, FinOps, Quality Control), build clear control points, and reduce dependency on tribal knowledge. Help teams document processes that stand up even when key people are away.
Improve Physical Security & Hazard Readiness: Work with hub managers and logistics to assess and strengthen security and safety protocols across our Global Hubs and fulfilment processes. Conduct audits, flag weak points, and build and conduct employee safety training to ensure readiness for hazards, theft, or disruption.
Control Pricing and Financial Exposure Risks: Support Commercial and Finance teams in identifying and mitigating pricing workflow risks—manual changes, overrides, or margin leakage. Build and monitor reports that strengthen oversight and identify losses quickly to reduce financial damages.
Reduce OpsErrors and Improve Supply Chain Resilience: Work with category and logistics teams to track and mitigate supplier and shipment risks. Strengthen controls across logistics and financial operations to reduce handling errors, prevent value leakage, and ensure accuracy in invoicing, and order fulfillment, and help build a more stable and scalable global supply chain.
Own and Enhance Inventory Control: Partner with hubs and accounting teams to test and improve how we track, store, and reconcile stock. Create and own inventory stock count processes and monitoring and reporting structures, to reduce loss, improve accuracy, and automate wherever possible.
Support Risk Reporting and Issue Resolution: Build simple dashboards and trackers for operational incidents, near misses, and control failures. Own resolution follow-up and ensure lessons learned are turned into improvements.
