About the Role

As an Operations Program Manager you will be responsible for driving large scale projects across our global network of fulfillment hubs, to include optimizing and standardizing workflows, streamlining of the pick/pack processes, identifying opportunities for automation and leading the implementation of digital solutions that drive operational efficiency. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions, and support implementation through data analysis, process modeling, and performance monitoring.

This role will report to the Head of Fulfillment and collaborate very closely with operations managers and other key stakeholders across all of our fulfillment locations. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment, understands and interprets customer needs, and is eager to join our gritty, fast-paced team to deliver unmatched service to our customers. What You'll Do

  • Project Management:

    • Oversee global process improvement projects from inception to implementation, aimed at improving fulfilment processes, including pick and pack workflows, order accuracy, inventory handling, and shipping timelines.

  • Capacity Planning

    • Create, implement, and manage capacity plans across the fulfilment network to ensure resources are optimized for current and future demand while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and operational efficiency.

  • Fulfilment Hub Expansion:

    • Develop and execute frameworks for the expansion of fulfillment hubs, whether through organic growth, third-party partnerships, or new facility launches, ensuring scalability and alignment with long-term business goals.

  • Lean Operations Initiatives:

    • Lead the rollout of lean methodologies, including 5S, visual factory, and other continuous improvement strategies, to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and standardize best practices across all fulfillment sites.

  • Process Optimization:

    • Identify and analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies within all fulfilment workflows, implementing data-driven solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and HR to align business processes with company objectives.

    • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams for system implementations.

    • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process updates.

  • Technology & Automation Support

    • Identify opportunities for automation and work with tech and product teams to implement digital solutions.

    • Evaluate and recommend tools or software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Need

  • 5-8 years of experience in program management, operations, supply chain, or logistics roles, with a focus on fulfillment and process improvement.

  • Proven track record of managing capacity planning, operational expansion projects, or lean methodology rollouts in dynamic environments.

  • Experience working in fulfillment centers, distribution networks, or e-commerce operations is highly desirable.

  • Excellent skills in managing cross-functional projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex operational challenges and develop innovative, data-driven solutions.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas to stakeholders.

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications are a plus).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
